With this big statement we just threw at you, we don’t want to say that we don't like or even need the other real estate agencies in the area and abroad. We do! We love them, we want them as partners, we can’t live without them. They contribute hugely to turn the statement in the title of this blog into reality.

Briefly summarizing

As Buying Agents, we work together with an extensive Real Estate Partner network to find our client’s dream Property. We represent the buying client at all time, as we do not share in commission from the selling side, we charge a commission to the buying client.

As Selling Agents, we work together with the same fore-mentioned Real Estate Partner network to sell our client’s property and we share the regular Real Estate commission 50/50 with our partners. The properties we sell can come from our pool of Property & Rental Management clients. They can be properties that need a lot of preparation (read: legalization) before becoming sellable, of which we can take care with our architect and legal team.
